  • Wallet Information: XRPL wallet addresses used for RLUSD transactions, which are publicly visible on the XRP Ledger.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used.
  • Organization Data: Food bank operational data submitted for impact verification and reporting purposes.

  • Facilitate sponsorship transactions between corporate partners and food banks.
  • Generate impact verification reports and digital certificates.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Between Platform Participants: Sponsorship details are shared between corporate sponsors and the food banks they fund, as necessary to fulfill the platform's purpose.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe processes payment information under their own privacy policy.
  • Public Ledger: RLUSD transactions are recorded on the XRP Ledger and are publicly visible by design.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records and impact certificates are retained for compliance and verification purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
